My food amid the pandemic

The first couple of weeks after the shelter in place was issued I felt lost, confused and overwhelmed.
I felt sad and I didn’t know how to deal with this new reality.
Suddenly a tiny house were full of people for so many hours, days and weeks. Definitely a new feeling, something I was not used to.
But giving me time and grace was the key to solve my initial sense of loss.

Today I found myself reflecting about what helped me a lot through this time, and a big help came from technology in general. It helped me studying, communicating with my family in Italy, keeping me updated on the latest news from the pandemic; it helped my kids with their school and to maintain their friendship relationship; and my husband to continue to work.

Without technology everything would have been much worse!
